Our approach uses a financial base case as the basis for contracting which allows for accurate cost and savings projections. Site-level engineering detail is gathered after transition, once the service provider has personnel on site. This allows us to negotiate successful contracts for global portfolios with several hundred sites during a nine-month period from start to signing.
