Service providers play the seminal role in the sourcing industry, and TPI is committed to enhancing our relationship with your company to provide better solutions for our joint customers.

We are constantly looking for opportunities to innovate and educate for the betterment of our industry. To this end, we have created a Sourcing Industry Relations program to share ideas and educate each other on our respective companies, solutions and methodologies.

As part of the Sourcing Industry Relations program, we have developed five guiding principles:

  • Nurture relationships with the service provider community that foster mutual respect
  • Develop multiple points of interaction between the service provider and TPI
  • Maintain the Engagement Team as the primary channel for dialogue regarding a specific transaction
  • Create a strong relationship with service providers for the engagement teams to build on
  • Collaborate with service providers for the long-term health, sustainability and expansion of the global outsourcing industry

To help implement these principles, TPI has created several avenues for interaction. We host regional Sourcing Industry Conferences to exchange ideas and to get to know one another better. We also provide service provider Training Programs designed exclusively for your benefit.
