    In this model, TPI takes primary responsibility for the bulk of the day-to-day governance services processes and tasks.

    In this model, TPI manages the myriad of outsourcing, lease and license agreements for our clients, allowing them to focus their internal time and attention only upon their largest contract relationships.
  • Contingent Workforce Management
    In this model, TPI manages the contractor and contingent worker agreements to ensure compliance and effective utilization of resources. This works best for large organizations that utilize a complex mix of full time, part time, contractor, and contingent workforce staffing.
  • Temporary Staff Supplementation
    This model is particularly attractive for clients implementing new outsourcing relationships who have not had the time to recruit or train their governance team – or who would like to “seed” the team with one or more experienced resources during the implementation when challenges often arise.
  • Governance Services Software
    In this model, we implement our GSS℠ software and provide user support and training to your internal governance organization. Clients can also select from a menu of governance processes, customizing the level of support required from TPI to complement their own internal strengths, weaknesses, and needs.
