TPI offers an employee assistance program that is a voluntary, confidential service providing professional counseling and referral services designed to help you with your personal, job or family issues.
Life Insurance
TPI pays the premiums for life insurance. Employees may participate in optional supplemental life insurance.
Critical Illness Insurance
TPI pays 100 percent of monthly premiums for critical illness insurance. Employees may participate in optional critical illness insurance.
Group Retirement Savings Plan
TPI contributes a percentage of earnings to the employee’s Group Retirement Savings Plan. The employee is not required to contribute.
Training
TPI offers learning and development opportunities ranging from classroom training on TPI Methodologies to virtual forums on business line functions to self-paced computer based training for desktop tools. Annually, you will receive guidance on selecting training, conferences, seminars, and/or certifications to enhance your performance.
Paid-Time Off
TPI employees receive paid-time off days each year beginning with their first calendar year of employment.
